Meet Our Management Team

Dr. Moneeb Awan, Managing Director

Moneeb launched award-winning eSAY Solutions Limited just seven years ago together with co-directors Colin Yates and Graham Stanley.

Under his stewardship the company has already won numerous accolades including the DTI’s SMART & Knowledge Transfer Partnership awards, the latter in partnership with the world-renowned Manchester Business School. Continued expansion underpinned eSAY's move in '05 to new state of the art offices located in Salford University Business Park. More recently the company has secured public sector success with Greater Merseyside Business Link on The Objective One Programme and is delivering key software systems to the Northwest Development Agency and the North West Shared Services Forum. In the private sector eSAY works to empower highly successful businesses such as Brookson Ltd, United Utilities Plc and MDF Ltd. In addition, it continues to enable a wide range of SMEs such as Vinyl Exchange and Halbro Ltd to sustain year on year growth.

eSAY’s unrivalled reputation has led to a number of high level appointments relating to the North West’s future strategic growth. Moneeb holds non-executive director posts with the Greater Manchester Chamber (the largest Chamber of Commerce in the UK) and Manchester Enterprises, the strategic body responsible for delivery of the region's economic prosperity. He is also the Confederation of British Industry’s representative on The Court of The University of Salford, responsible for appointing the Chancellor and Pro-Chancellors, and was recently invited to join the CBI’s SME Regional Council.  Locally, Moneeb works closely with Felicity Goodey, CBE DL, on the Central Salford Urban Regeneration Company, targeted with developing the local economy.  Moneeb was recently appointed as Chair of the Institute of Directors Young Directors' Forum (YDF).

Prior to launching eSAY, Moneeb was a Senior Research Fellow at University College London and Chief Scientist at the University of Cape Town’s Cape Heart Centre.
