PinPoint pinpoints the way |
| Water Active
Niche mobile services provider eSAY Mobile is delighted to announce that it has continued to expand its utilities portfolio after winning a new contract with South West Water Ltd. After trialling PinPoint, eSAY’s award-winning real-time reporting system, South West Water readily agreed to a 12 month contract for 50+ users, with an option to further increase users. PinPoint has once again proven itself as the leading edge investment when it comes to combating water leakage, with South West Water following hot on the heels of RPS, United Utilities, Anglian and Southern Water in taking advantage of the service. Moneeb Awan, eSAY’s MD, said: “I’m delighted that South West Water has chosen Pinpoint as their preferred service to manage leak detection. It is a partnership we are proud of and yet another example of innovation leading the way in a competitive industry”. Ivor Thomas, Leakage Planning Manager at South West Water, added: “I would like to thank eSAY very much for your patience and excellent customer service in developing a system that meets our specification. I am conscious that we have made a lot of changes along the way as new ideas have developed but these have all been taken on board and new solutions quickly produced. I would like to thank Gheerish in particular who has been at the forefront of this work. He is both a talented and dedicated individual and I look forward to working further with him in the future.”
