eSAY may spin off mobile division in the long term

eSAY, the Salford, UK, IT services group, could move to sell its mobile division in the five to seven year time frame, according to co-founder Dr Moneeb Awan. Discussing imminent plans to restructure and add to eSAY's four divisions (solutions, consulting, marketing and mobile), Awan noted that of the divisions, the mobile one would best lend itself to a sale. "It will be quite easy to pitch that organisation for a sale," he said in a telephone interview.
