Project Management
“We now have the best festival data collection system we have ever had and will certainly use eSAY in the future.”
Anella Wickenden, Youth Campaigns Manager ActionAid

Project Management

First-rate project management is the key to ensuring that our solutions will be successful in meeting you business needs.

An initial scoping meeting will ascertain your needs.  At this stage decisions will be made on how our software will be integrated and what data will be passed to the operatives and the interface.  Plans will be made on the infrastructure set up and system security.

The project will then consist of the following stages:

  1. Development and testing of applications

  2. Field testing of field service application

  3. Identify and implement modifications as required

  4. Roll out to field operatives

  5. System goes live

Finally we will perform a post implementation review, where we will meet with you and discuss how our solution supported your business objectives, and if there are any opportunities for further improvement.
